Prayagraj : More than 100 candidates seeking an opportunity to participate in the TGT-PGT recruitment process under the old rules allegedly broke through barricades and forcibly entered the Shiksha Nideshalaya campus on Tuesday, creating a commotion.

On being alerted, senior police officers rushed to the spot and attempted to pacify the agitating candidates. Following the disturbance, Civil Lines police diverted traffic on Sarojini Naidu Marg to prevent congestion and maintain law and order. The candidates alleged that despite repeatedly raising their concerns with the authorities, they had not received any written assurance.
