The centre inaugurated by Alka Nangia Arora, Controller General of Defence Accounts, Defence Accounts Department, Ministry of Defence, will assist pensioners with service requests, grievance redressal and access to important pension records. The centre will facilitate the submission of Annual Life Certificates and Pensioner Data Verification (PDV). Pensioners can also seek assistance to update their profile details, including Aadhaar and PAN information, postal address and bank account details. The services are available at the PAO (Other Ranks), The Guards, Kamptee. The inauguration was attended by Moloy C Chakrabortty, Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Southern Command), Pune, and Air Marshal Ajay Kumar Pan, Senior Maintenance Staff Officer, Headquarters Maintenance Command, Indian Air Force, Nagpur.
