The showcase, organised with Redington India at LOUPE India 2026, includes live label-printing demonstrations, AI-powered production tools, and a virtual demonstration of the Indigo V12 press. The event runs from October 29 to November 1 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida. HP is also demonstrating Nio v1.2, an update to its AI-powered PrintOS tools.
The company says it supports all PrintOS languages, provides embedded video guidance, and offers faster, context-aware responses. HP is demonstrating its Indigo 6K+ digital printing press.
The company says the Indigo 6K+ offers up to 33% higher press speed and throughput through its Enhanced Productivity Mode. HP says the mode can increase press speed and throughput by up to 33% while helping lower the cost per job.
The demonstrations focus on helping label and packaging businesses handle shorter production runs, more product variations and faster turnaround requirements, according to HP. It also offers software intended to simplify press management, automate workflows, and improve production visibility. The Indigo 6K+ uses HP’s new SmartControlSystem, which the company says supports increased uptime, productivity and automation. HP says its colour capabilities and range of special inks allow businesses to produce different packaging applications on the same platform. Visitors can see Enhanced Productivity Mode operating during the live demonstrations.
Hardware and software improvements are designed to improve scaling accuracy, diagnostics and servicing while reducing operator intervention. The press supports materials used for pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, in-mould labels, laminated tubes and folding cartons.
Designed for medium and long production runs, the V12 can print at up to 120 meters per minute in six-colour mode, according to HP. It has 12 ink stations, automated colour management and a print resolution of 1,600 dots per inch. HP and Redington’s exhibit also covers flexible packaging, security printing and brand protection applications. Visitors can find the showcase in Hall 10, Booth E20, at the India Expo Centre. Pawan Chauhan, Country Business Manager, HP Industrial and Inkjet Business Solutions, HP India, said: “At LOUPE India, we will demonstrate the HP Indigo 6K+ live, giving businesses a first-hand look at the breadth of applications digital printing can enable.” Planned integrations with HP Site Flow and PrintOS Color Beat are intended to extend Nio’s guidance to workflow automation and colour management. These integrations are described as upcoming rather than currently available. The showcase also includes a new product creation experience in Site Flow, along with production visibility and reporting through HP Print Beat. HP is presenting the Indigo V12 virtually, demonstrating its LEPx printing technology and production workflow. Now get your AI Quotient. Take the AIQ test.
