The deceased was identified as Ajit Kumar , 32, a native of Bihar. He had come to Chincholi in search of employment and was working at the cement factory. Kalaburagi: Machinery exploded and struck three workers at the cement factory in Chincholi taluk of Kalaburagi district on Wednesday, killing one and seriously injuring two.
