Six years later, he parted ways with the property for $19.6 million, accepting a considerable difference between the purchase and selling prices. In March 2021, the property was listed for $20.5 million, already below the amount he had paid six years earlier. The sale was completed in September 2021 for $19.6 million. That left a difference of approximately $1.39 million between the original purchase price and the final selling price.
