The judge observed that the accused has to serve one more year in jail if he fails to pay the fine amount. The judge in his order observed that the girl’s age at the time of the incident was around two and a half years and the accused had physically exploited her. The judge stated in his order that in view of the seriousness of the offence, the accused deserves harsh punishment, and ordered that the fine amount would be given to the victim for her rehabilitation.
