The mansion covers 20,060 square feet and has four bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Then Mike Tomlin switched to Wilson for Week 7. Wilson opened 6-1 with 1,784 yards, 12 touchdowns and three interceptions. He finished with 2,482 yards, 16 touchdowns, five interceptions and a Pro Bowl nod. Then Baltimore won the wild-card game 28-14. Wilson went 17 of 37 for 168 yards in Week 1, then passed for 450 yards against Dallas, then threw two interceptions for 160 yards against Kansas City. At 0-3, the Giants chose Dart. Wilson later said he had suffered a Grade 2 hamstring tear on the final practice play before the Dallas game. That makes the 450 yards look different. His passer rating of 78.5 was the lowest of his career. Even so, he said he planned to play in 2026.
Justin Fields started the first six games and won four. The Steelers lost their final four regular season games.
“I’m not blinking,” he told SNY. The property also has a nine-car garage, an indoor pool, a game room and a theater. Pittsburgh offered a cheap second act. The finish was ugly. Wilson threw four touchdowns and two interceptions in that stretch. He ended up as the third-string quarterback.
Denver went 11-19 in his 30 starts. The 2022 offense never found a rhythm. In 2023 Wilson played better, with 26 touchdowns against eight interceptions, yet Sean Payton still benched him with two games left. He finished with 46,966 yards, 353 touchdown passes and 114 interceptions. He is also the only player with 30 or more touchdown passes and fewer than 15 interceptions in four straight seasons.
The Broncos wanted a “creative way” to adjust a $37 million injury guarantee. Wilson said, “They definitely told me I was going to be benched. In his farewell video, he thanked those who backed a kid told he was “too small to ever make it in the NFL.”
The team missed the playoffs both years. The fight was about money.
