Despite becoming a father before he turned 20 years old, even before he was drafted in the league by the Cleveland Cavaliers, LeBron James has always been a devoted father. In the last few hours, the 42 year old NBA icon took to his social media as he made a post that read as, “A daughter doesn’t just make you a dad… she makes you a better man in ways you never saw coming. The NBA legend added, “So that’s a pretty cool thing and also just seeing the different personalities from Zhuri, to Bronny, to Bryce, it’s almost like leading a team.
A few years ago in an interview with Chris Haynes, LeBron James opened up about fatherhood as he said, “The best part of fatherhood is seeing your kids in you. LeBron James , the former Los Angeles Lakers’ star player, might have found fame and massive wealth at a pretty young age but he has never let it come in the way of his personal life. The stuff that you used to think you could get away with. The things you thought you were sneaking away with and now you see your kids trying the same thing and I be like, ‘I’ve been there, boy. I know what you’re trying to do. I used to try that. You can’t lead them all the same way. They all have different personalities even though we’re all growing up in the same households; you have to be able to command them differently. That’s a challenge, but it’s pretty cool. The Philadelphia 76ers’ star player LeBron James has always spoken about how everyone should embrace fatherhood at least once in their lives since it always changed things for the better for him.
