Hyderabad: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)-PG 2026 examination was conducted peacefully across Telangana on Sunday, with no discrepancies reported so far. Of the 17,626 candidates registered across 56 centres in 14 districts, 17,143 appeared for the exam, recording an attendance rate of 97.26%, while 483 candidates were absent. The MCQs were lesser in number this time, with 180 compared to 200 last year, but they were all one-liners.
