Protests Erupt Over Rahul Gandhi’s Secretive Nashik Visit

A protest sparked by Rahul Gandhi’s recent undisclosed visit to Nashik saw participation from key BJP figures, including national vice-president and MP Bharati Pawar, MLAs Devyani Farande and Rahul Dhikale, and city BJP president Sunil Kedar. Kedar criticized the secrecy surrounding Gandhi’s itinerary, questioning the motives behind such a covert engagement from a prominent political leader.

During the protest, Kedar claimed that citizens, particularly women and youth, mobilized spontaneously in response to Gandhi’s visit. He further accused the Congress party and other opposition factions of collaborating with social media platforms, specifically targeting the ‘Cockroach Janta Party’, to incite unrest among the youth and disseminate false narratives nationwide.
