LogBook360 features facilities such as QR code-based check-in, digital token generation, and live queue displays. For citizens visiting the office without prior booking, arrangements have been made to obtain instant tokens via self-service kiosks. After receiving a token, citizens can remain in the seating area and monitor the status of their token number on digital display screens.
