A mini-truck collides with two bicycles in Alandi
The Alandi police registered a case of negligent driving against the mini-truck driver based on a complaint lodged by Laxman Kubade, a 55-year-old plumber, who suffered a fracture in his left thigh. The officer said the police have registered the case under section 184 (rash driving) of the Motor Vehicle Act and sections 281 (negligent driving) and 125 (act endangering personal safety of others) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
