Government employees unions express gratitude to chief minister for accident insurance and health scheme TNN Hyderabad: Leaders and members of govt employees’ unions on Tuesday expressed their gratitude to chief minister A Revanth Reddy for announcing Rs 1.2 crore accident insurance for each employee, as well as a comprehensive health scheme for govt employees. They said the introduction of the 2 schemes would be remembered as a historic decision. The union leaders welcomed the provision of cashless treatment for 1,998 diseases in all the govt and another 652 empanelled private hospitals across the State, stating that it would provide major relief to employees and their families.
