The three-day conference is expected to bring together more than 1,500 delegates and industry leaders from over 35 countries, including real estate professionals, developers, investors, policymakers, financial institutions, technology companies and industry organisations.
Themed “The Door to What Happens Next,” IREC 2026 will examine the forces reshaping global real estate, including changing economic priorities, international investment flows, artificial intelligence, PropTech and DeepTech, sustainable development, evolving workplaces, future cities, and emerging models of real estate ownership and investment. Sumanth Reddy Arani, chairperson of the National Association of Realtors-India, said, “The next step is to build stronger international connections and create platforms that allow India to engage directly with global markets. Bringing IREC to Hyderabad is an opportunity to open those doors and position Indian real estate within a much larger global ecosystem.”
