Kolkata: A day after CM Suvendu Adhikari on Monday warned against child marriage, the husband of a minor girl was arrested under the Pocso Act after she gave birth to a child on Tuesday.
The husband was produced before a city court that remanded him in judicial custody till Sept 22.
