MUMBAI: Satish Salian, father of the late Disha Salian, said accused Shiv Sena UBT leader Aditya Thackeray and actor Dino Morea for the death of Disha Salian. Satish said that he recorded his statement to the CBI and told them about it. Mumbai police ’s probe had concluded that she died by suicide and there was no foul play.
Earlier BJP leader Narayan Rane made the similar allegation. Earlier, the CBI wrote to the Malwani police seeking all case documents related to Disha Salian’s death.
Last week, the Bombay High Court directed the registration of an FIR in the case and ordered a fresh CBI probe, asking for appointment of a senior CBI officer to oversee it.

Alleging “suspicious circumstances”, Salian’s father filed a petition before HC, asking for her death to be probed as a murder case. DSP Puran Kumar handling the probe.
