Kolkata: Two jail warders have been suspended after an undertrial prisoner escaped from Baruipur Correctional Home, only to be rearrested from his Bakultala residence on the same day. Following a complaint by jail authorities, police tracked Laskar to his home in Bakultala police station area and sent him back to the correctional home. Correctional home authorities initiated disciplinary action against the two warders for alleged negligence of duty.
