Pune: After a portion of the steps leading to the old elevated water tank at BJ Medical College’s (BJMC) boys’ hostel collapsed, doctors and students living there warned that the tank itself could collapse and endanger their lives. Following their complaints, the BJMC administration wrote to state authorities, and after inspection, it has been decided that the tank will be demolished.
