Bijnor SP Krishna Kumar Bishnoi said the joint team conducted the inspection following a tip-off during a checking drive. BIJNOR: Two men were arrested after police, revenue officials, the Fire Safety Service Organisation (FSSO) and a field unit allegedly found explosives beyond the licensed limit, finished sutli bombs and material used to manufacture cartridges at a firecracker factory in Chaukpuri village under Himpur Deepa police station on Sunday.
