Kolkata: The Anti-Narcotics Task Force of the Bengal STF arrested a woman in the Ultadanga area on Monday and seized heroin worth about Rs 81 lakh. Officers raided the Khalpar area near 46, Canal Road, intercepted the woman, and recovered around 408 g of heroin and Rs 25,000 in cash.
The arrest follows another major drug case in Kolkata, in which 104 g of cocaine worth over Rs 10 lakh was seized, and three people were arrested.
