Malala’s first Eagles game ended with Philadelphia beating Washington 24-22 in a dramatic season opener. Kylie later discussed the meeting on her podcast, explaining that she had spent some of their time together trying to convince Malala to attend an Eagles game. And Malala wasn’t exactly trying to hide her new allegiance. Malala was shown on the stadium’s jumbotron during the game and later shared the moment with a simple message: “GO BIRDS. She was also seen wearing a custom Eagles jersey with her last name on the back, making it pretty clear that this wasn’t just a one-off celebrity appearance. That makes her appearance at the season opener look less like a random celebrity cameo and more like the latest chapter in a fandom that has been quietly developing. Of course, Kylie Kelce isn’t the only reason Malala was at the game. The Eagles themselves invited her and Malik. But Kylie certainly appears to have helped with the recruiting.
