Taking cognisance of the video, Kotwali police registered an FIR against four named accused — Junaid Qureshi, Zeeshan Qureshi, Ashiq Qureshi and Shafiq. All four are residents of the Orchha Gate locality, which falls under the Kotwali police station. The FIR was registered under relevant sections of the BNS.
