The Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation (VVMC) has completed hearings for developers involved in 95 redevelopment projects, but has now put these hearings on hold. Some developers have requested additional time to submit their documentation. During the proceedings, developers argued that their construction activities were fully authorized and conducted in line with the permissions granted by the VVMC.
