Three years later, that empty land became a fully custom-built family compound spanning 7,844 square feet, complete with a private pond, a par-3 golf hole, a backyard football field, and a swimming pool. The property is now valued at over $4.26 million. He bought the Belton plot in the same month he finalized his 10-year, $450 million contract extension with the Chiefs. Construction started in 2021. By 2023, Mahomes, his wife Brittany, and their children Sterling and Bronze finally moved in. The third child, Golden Raye, arrived in January 2025. Back in Kansas City, he still holds the two-bedroom condo he bought in December 2017 for $350,000. He also purchased a 4,300 square foot Kansas City mansion in 2019 for $1.8 million, poured around $400,000 into renovations, and recently listed it for $2.9 million. Add it all up and Mahomes is sitting on roughly $8 million in real estate, built steadily across seven years.
