Fusion CX has made 16 acquisitions since 2008. Kolkata: Ahead of its proposed IPO , business process management company Fusion CX is planning two new foreign acquisitions. One of the two companies is German, while the other is in the USA.
The acquisitions have been completely funded through internal accruals and there is no dilution of company equity, Dhanuka said and added that the size of the acquisition would be between $5 million and $25 million. Fusion CX has 40 delivery centres across 12 countries and has sales and marketing presence in three more countries – UK, France and Australia. The company has 15,000 employees globally, of which 4,500 are in India. Fusion CX reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,818.1 crore in FY26, registering a 36.8% growth over the previous fiscal and reported a 128% year-on-year jump in profit after tax (PAT). Dhanuka said the company has been growing at a CAGR of close to 28% over the last three years.
the USA acquisition will strengthen its presence in the region, Fusion CX co-founder and MD Pankaj Dhanuka told TOI While the acquisition of the German company will add a new geography to Fusion’s market. “This is an indicative range… the acquisitions would be on the higher side of the spectrum,” he added.
Commenting on the revenue mix, Dhanuka said 35-40% comes from utility and telecom, 25% from healthcare, 20% from BFSI, while travel, retail and hi-tech account for around 10% each. Fusion CX plans to tap the capital markets through an IPO of Rs 800-Rs 1,000 crore, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale in the ratio of two-thirds and one-third respectively. He added that along with organic and inorganic growth, the company is looking at AI-enabled business and data infrastructure.
