The seven-time Super Bowl champion purchased a two-acre lot on Miami’s Indian Creek Island back in 2020 for $17 million. Now, according to Bloomberg, that same property is being quietly shopped to a select group of buyers, with bids already crossing the $150 million mark. That’s a $133 million paper gain. Three separate sources told the outlet that bids have already come in above $150 million. To put that in perspective, Brady has earned roughly $300 million in NFL salary across his entire career.

Bloomberg reported it’s being shown privately to a small group of serious buyers. If one of those bids closes, Brady won’t just be cashing out. Tom Brady spent two decades making impossible things look routine on the football field. Turns out, he might be just as dangerous in real estate. He then built a luxury compound from scratch on it. Without playing a single snap. The property hasn’t officially hit the market. There’s no listing, no open house, no Zillow page. He’ll be rewriting Miami real estate history. This one property could net him half that. From a piece of land he’s owned for five years.
