Kolkata: A day after NCPI released a list of members of a new party committee, party founder member Shantanu De wrote to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Wednesday, alleging that rebel TMC MPs were attempting to “capture” the party without consulting its original members.
The new NCPI committee features Jyotiprakash Chattopadhyay as its president and has MPs Dev , Rachna Banerjee , Abu Taher Khan and Yusuf Pathan as vice-presidents.
