Family members alleged that Neelam Shukla (45) died on the spot, while her husband, Santosh Kumar Shukla (48), was critically injured. They claimed that the ambulance reached the accident site nearly an hour later. The family further alleged that Santosh did not receive immediate medical attention after being taken to the hospital and that his condition continued to deteriorate. The couple worked at an ink factory and had gone out on a bicycle for some work when the accident occurred.
