HYDERABAD: Four men who had extorted money from a BMW car owner while posing as transgender persons were arrested by the Jubilee Hills police on Friday. Jubilee Hills police verified footage from hundreds of CCTV cameras in the area and with the help of West Zone Task Force sleuths, the accused were arrested from Boduppal on Thursday.
An extortion case was registered against the unknown accused posing as transgender persons after they had extorted Rs 5,000 from a BMW car owner at Road Number 45 in Jubilee Hills on August 21.
