NEW DELHI: Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) leader Abhijeet Dipke on Monday targeted Union Home minister Amit Shah over the ongoing protests against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, asking how many people the government could arrest as he claimed that the “entire country” would take to the streets on October 10. Dipke’s remarks came a day after several protesters were detained in Delhi during protests, police sources said. He said such action would not suppress the youth-led movement and described any such crackdown as “dictatorial”. Das said CJP members were prepared to face arrest or other consequences and urged supporters to continue the agitation.
