A fire incident occurred in an empty electric BEST bus parked at Anik Bus Depot
A BEST spokesperson said the fire soon spread, engulfing 8-10 buses at the depot. The Mumbai Fire Brigade received the incident call at 5.44pm and declared it a Level-1 fire. Fire brigade personnel, along with local police and BEST traffic officials, rushed to the spot and launched efforts to contain the blaze. No injuries or casualties have been reported so far.
