In the BDS course, 272 seats remained non-reported after Round 2 and 32 seats were cancelled, taking the number of vacant seats to 304. Altogether, 775 MBBS and BDS seats will be available for allocation in the third round.

If a candidate is allotted a seat but fails to confirm admission due to inability to arrange the required fees, the refundable security deposit of Rs 10,000 may be forfeited as per the applicable rules. The committee has issued a special advisory to students and parents, urging them to carefully check the availability of seats under different categories before filling their choices. Candidates have also been advised to verify the tuition fees and other applicable charges for each course and institution. The admission committee cautioned candidates to assess their financial capacity and arrange the required funds before selecting a seat.

Candidates allotted MBBS or BDS seats in Round 3 must report to their respective institutions within the prescribed deadline. Failure to report will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and disqualify them from participating in the fourth round.
