NEW DELHI: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast thunderstorms with lightning and gusty winds across several parts of India on Wednesday. Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan and Muzaffarabad are likely to see thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds on Wednesday. Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim are expected to see fairly widespread to widespread rain from Wednesday to Friday, while Gangetic West Bengal may also receive widespread rain on Wednesday.
