The incident occurred near Pazar talao, near the Ramdharenshwar picnic spot. The two fell into the pond after losing their balance, but the third girl narrowly escaped. Ramdharenshwar is famous for its natural beauty among hillocks and is located in the periphery of Bamnoli and Vaishet villages, near the township. Many visit the area for leisure and picnic purposes. Recently a youth was drowned in the pond. The three girls were playing near the pond in the afternoon, a bit away from home and the public eye. Thereafter, the villagers started searching for them.
