Kolhapur : A 42-year-old farm worker became the fourth person to die after a container truck hit seven people at Terwad on Thursday afternoon.
Mangal Sadashiv Patil (42) and Lalita Patil were walking home after work when the truck struck them. The driver has been booked under sections 106(1) (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), 281, 125, 324 of BNS, 2023 and 184, 134 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
