The sale closed in 2026, and their broker, Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX, announced the transaction on Instagram after what he described as a lengthy process. TMZ reported the sale on April 28, 2026, noting that Cohen had used John Cena’s entrance music in his Instagram announcement.
Wrestlezone’s report on his post says that once the proper purchasers came along they closed the deal in less than a week. Cohen commended the couple’s restoration efforts and said the house had appeared on Miz & Mrs. many times. The deal was slow to get buyers. The latest example comes from WWE, where Mike Mizanin, known as The Miz, and his wife Maryse have sold the sprawling California manor they bought in 2019. In 2019, The Miz and Maryse purchased a mansion in Los Angeles for $6.4 million, restored it, promoted it on their show, tried to sell it for a price near $12 million and finally sold it for $7.4 million in 2026. The sale closed the couple’s ownership of the Westlake Village property after it had been on the market at $11.995 million.
Celebrity houses often list at high prices and later sell for less. They renovated it while they were there and the property was a regular feature on their reality show Miz & Mrs on USA Network. Miz & Mrs. had premiered on Miz & Mrs. So the outcome is simple.
