Ahmedabad: Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) on Saturday declared the online results of the third round of admissions to MBBS and BDS courses for the 2026-27 academic year. All available seats were allotted by the end of the round, leaving no vacancies.
The admission process covered 8,452 seats: 7,233 in MBBS and 1,219 in BDS. In the third round, 442 fresh admissions were made to MBBS, while the allotments of 521 students were changed. The allotments of 6,270 students remained unchanged. In BDS, 341 fresh admissions were recorded and the allotments of 138 students were revised. The allotments of another 740 students remained unchanged. The committee has issued a reporting schedule for 1,442 students: 963 MBBS candidates and 479 BDS candidates. Thus, the third round resulted in 783 fresh admissions across the two courses, apart from changes in seat allotments for several candidates. Students must pay their tuition fees online by Oct 13. They must report to their respective help centres and submit their original certificates by Oct 14.

Candidates who have received fresh allotments or whose seats have been changed must report to the designated help centres to confirm their admissions. With all seats allotted, students must now complete the prescribed admission formalities within the stipulated deadlines. They may also pay the fees offline at designated bank branches by the same date.
