Ahmedabad: A man died after he was allegedly stabbed in the chest by a juvenile during a fight over the closing of a house gate in Ahmedabad, police said.
The incident began when the complainant visited his cousin and the latter’s wife at their residence, according to a complaint registered with Narol police. The role of the adult accused and the juvenile is being examined, police said. An argument broke out between the complainant and another man over the house gate. The accused allegedly abused him, escalating the disagreement into a heated exchange. Narol police have registered a case in connection with the assault and are investigating the circumstances that led to the dispute.
The accused and a juvenile, who was reportedly related to the victim, allegedly confronted the complainant and his brother-in-law. During the altercation, the juvenile allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the chest.
