Meanwhile, a Knight Frank India report said that Ahmedabad’s residential market posted 14,300 housing unit sales in the Jan–Sept period, a 2% year-on-year increase from 14,064 units in the same period of 2025. The rise marked the city’s strongest first-nine-month sales performance since 2018. Developers launched 16,745 units in the nine-month period, up 1% from a year earlier and also the highest since 2018.
