Notably, major developers are acquiring land in the western growth: The wider industry impact

The emergence of CCTV footage has added a fresh dimension to the case

Recent high-value land transactions in Ahmedabad are boosting confidence among real estate developers and brokers. Notably, major developers are acquiring land in the western growth corridors of Thaltej and Shela, anticipating a rebound in demand. This optimism is underpinned by ongoing infrastructure development and increased commercial activity, alongside the city’s preparations for the 2030 Commonwealth Games. However, homebuyers remain cautious, delaying purchases amid the current market conditions.

Another major transaction involved a 14,000 sq yard plot near VIP Road in Shela. The property, which was owned by a leading group with a sizeable land bank in Ahmedabad, was sold to a diversified real estate company with projects across the affordable, mid-income and luxury segments.
