Rainfall is expected to become more widespread over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan and Muzaffarabad from Sunday to Tuesday, while Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand are also expected to remain wet in the coming days. Konkan and Goa are likely to continue receiving widespread rainfall through Friday. Gujarat, central Maharashtra, Marathwada, Saurashtra and Kutch may see scattered rain.

NEW DELHI: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places in seven states on Monday, with Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Odisha and Uttarakhand likely to see the heaviest rain. Jharkhand and Odisha are among the areas facing a heavy to very heavy rainfall warning on Monday. Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura are likely to receive heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places on Monday.
