Authorities said merely citing an entry in the existing electoral roll would not be sufficient to establish eligibility for inclusion in the revised rolls. The CEO clarified that the electoral rolls would be prepared entirely afresh, and that names appearing in the existing graduates’ constituency rolls would not be carried forward automatically. Each application must be accompanied by authenticated copies of the prescribed documents and certificates. Eligible voters can submit applications online through the Telangana CEO website.
