Hyderabad: Vera Vita Living LLP, set up by the scions of prominent business families of Hyderabad, has announced its entry into India’s premium senior living market with plans to invest ₹600 crore over the next five years to build hospitality-led residential communities across the country.
It also cited the city’s technology workforce, business families, large NRI base and retired professionals, especially in the defence sector, as factors driving demand for dependable senior living options. The company said Hyderabad was chosen for its healthcare infrastructure, favourable climate, improving connectivity, lower congestion and availability of larger land parcels for green, low-density communities. Founded by Arudradev Rao, Dhruv Badruka and Tanay Saboo, the company on Thursday announced plans to develop its first project, Amaya, along the Outer Ring Road growth corridor near the Kandlakoya reserve forest.
