Kolkata: Bengal BJP is preparing a month-long outreach programme to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi completing 25 years in public life, with the party planning to reach out to people, down to every booth and household, with the message of “Viksit Bharat 2047”.
“Seva Sankalp Abhiyan”, scheduled to begin on Sept 17, will also feature organisational programmes along with community initiatives in schools, colleges and rural areas across the country. Another initiative titled “25 Crore Bachchon Ke Sapno Ka Bharat” will involve drawing and elocution competitions in schools. The campaign will showcase welfare initiatives while strengthening the party’s grassroots connection. Under the campaign, BJP workers will identify beneficiaries of welfare schemes and visit their homes. They will invite beneficiary families to light lamps. Students will be encouraged to discuss welfare initiatives and the vision of a developed India.
