Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court on Thursday disposed of minister Arjun Singh ’s petition challenging 10 FIRs filed during the TMC govt after Barrackpore Police described the cases as “mistake of facts”.

The HC had granted Singh interim protection from coercive action on Oct 14, 2025, observing that the dispute prima facie appeared political. The 10 complaints were filed on Sept 10, 2025, at multiple police stations under Barrackpore Police Commissionerate.
