Agartala: Tripura chief minister Manik Saha announced that special green corridors will be created across the state to ensure faster ambulance movement for emergency patients and prevent delays caused by traffic congestion.

Saha said multiple meetings have already been held on ambulance movement, particularly for vehicles carrying patients from outside the state capital. The proposed system will allow ambulances to travel without getting stuck in traffic during critical medical situations. The announcement is part of the state govt’s push to strengthen Tripura’s healthcare infrastructure and reduce the need for patients to seek advanced treatment outside the state.
