On September 22, Parton’s estate company sued Seaver for making threatening comments and alleged that he wanted to destroy and target the singer’s legacy over the years. Seaver revealed that he is completely innocent and that many of his comments submitted in court as proof were taken out of context While talking to ABC News. The ongoing legal drama between Bryan Seaver and Dolly Parton’s estate has shocked many in the industry. Seaver, who is Parton’s nephew and shared the news of her passing on her socials, was recently fired from the singer’s estate. He had been the head of security for years, managing most of the estate’s security along with his firm. However, allegations of making derogatory comments and violent threats surfaced online as reasons for his firing. The situation escalated after a Tennessee judge granted the estate a temporary restraining order against Seaver.
