BENGALURU: A 46-year-old man was found dead inside a luxury car parked on a main road in Koramangala on Sunday morning, police said. Police received information around 8 am about a luxury car parked on the road with a man inside. The car had pulled over in front of a restaurant in the area around 2.30 am, police said, according to preliminary investigation and CCTV footage.
They suspect that he may have died due to health issues. Police registered an unnatural death report. However, the exact cause of death will be established after the forensic and autopsy reports, police said. The deceased was identified as Salim Akbar, a native of Kodagu. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead. His body has been shifted for an autopsy. Scene-of-crime officers and forensic investigators examined the car.
