Apart from taking safety precautions to protect themselves, the department staff must ensure the safety of consumers, prevent fire accidents and electrical damage without any damage to or loss of life or property, including animals and birds. He also asked the officials to spread awareness among the consumers about using star rating companies’ electrical gadgets to prevent fire accidents. CESC deputy general manager (training) M Y Hema urged the department staff to work on preventing fire accidents. She also provided tips about preparing an estimation report of fire accidents with facts and accuracy.
Mysuru: A one-day training programme on prevention of electrical accidents, fire safety measures and estimation preparation report for front-line workers and various division officers of Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) was held here on Wednesday.
