He also asked the officials to spread awareness among the consumers about using star rating companies’ electrical gadgets to prevent fire accidents. CESC deputy general manager (training) M Y Hema urged the department staff to work on preventing fire accidents. She also provided tips about preparing an estimation report of fire accidents with facts and accuracy.
