Repair work of Nashik Road Bus Stand
30 buses will operate from Nashik Road bus stand on Routes 245 and 145 to Trimbakeshwar, while another 15 buses will operate on Route 210 to Dindori, according to Nashik police. Meanwhile, as a large number of passengers arrive in Nashik from Mumbai by the Panchavati Express at 9.45pm, five city buses covering various routes will be stationed at Nashik Road bus stand to coincide with the train’s arrival. The temporary arrangement will come into effect on Monday and remain in place for three months, until Dec 20.

Police said Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation ( MSRTC ) buses have already been prohibited from entering Nashik Road bus stand. Nashik : With Nashik Road bus stand closed for concreting of its bus bay, authorities have decided to allocate dedicated space on the premises for city buses operating towards Trimbakeshwar and Dindori. In addition, five buses will operate continuous night services from the bus stand to cater to passengers arriving on late-night trains. Other city buses will originate from the Citilinc Nashik Road depot and proceed via Sinnar Phata and the down ramp of Nashik Road flyover towards Bytco bus stand before reaching different parts of the city, bypassing Nashik Road bus stand. Similarly, city buses travelling towards Nashik Road from other parts of the city will halt at Datta Mandir bus stop, take Nashik Road flyover and proceed towards Sinnar Phata and the Citilinc bus depot. Outbound buses towards Sinnar, Shirdi, Ahilyanagar and Pune are currently picking up passengers outside Nashik Road police station. Meanwhile, incoming buses from Sinnar and Pune drop off passengers at Bytco before proceeding further into the city. Download the TOI App.
